The mission of the University's Corporate Events department is to co-ordinate, develop and manage University-wide advancement events that engage, educate, inspire and connect alumni, donors, and friends of the University of Southampton.
We currently manage advancement events sponsored by the Vice-Chancellor's office, or designated by the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. In addition, we produce relationship-building events that are sponsored by the University, its faculties and departments.
We collaborate with departments across the University to achieve individual event goals and objectives, serving as a University-wide resource which provides expertise and guidance in the planning and implementation of events.
In addition, we are responsible for producing and maintaining the University's master Events Calendar.
