Reporting maintenance problems - please report non-emergency maintenance issues via https://planon.soton.ac.uk/
Emergency problems which are immediate risk to health, safety, security or wellbeing should be reported to your halls reception either by calling +44(0)2380 595777 or in person.
Internet and wifi connection troubleshooting - please report halls related internet and connection problems via Serviceline online at serviceline@soton.ac.uk or by calling +44(0)2380 595656.
Claiming on/changing your contents insurance - for information on your contents insurance policy in halls including how to claim, please visit Cover4Students website.
