Hotline – Contact Details and Opening Hours

Residences run a hotline throughout the summer period to take all of your enquiries regarding your accommodation. It is closed during the main year, however you can still contact Residences on the contact details below:

You can contact by telephone on +44 (0)23 8059 5959 or by email at accommodation@soton.ac.uk. Although the Hotline can get very busy we recommend that you telephone rather than email if your enquiry is urgent.

For Intake 2011/12 the Hotline was open from Thursday 18th August 2011 to Friday 30th September 2011. Normal opening hours were 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. In addition, an extra service was provided at the following times:
