Systems outage;16th - 21st December 2009

From 16th to 21st December, iSolutions will be undertaking a programme of major maintenance work affecting all University IT services.

 As such, we will not have any access to email or most of our other systems on Friday 18th and possibly Monday 21st December. This means that there will be a delay in responding to queries emailed to us during the end of this week.

It is also likely that the telephone system may not be functioning on Friday 18th and Monday 21st.

If you need to urgently contact us on these dates, the Student Services Centre will still be open between 9 and 5.30. Hall receptions will be open as usual, so if you have any problems relating to your accommodation, please speak to the Hall Reception.
