Continue to make use of our libraries, the Student Union Bars, the Jubilee Sports Centre and other facilities on our campuses with our Smart ID/Library Card. Simply print off the form, send it in with a colour passport photograph and we'll send your card to you.
Instead of having to let everyone know your change of email address, just tell us! We'll provide a forwarding address for all your email.
Lost touch over the years? Want to organise a reunion? Why not ask for our help in tracking down your old friends? Simply fill in the form and we sort the rest.
Sometimes we lose touch with people - so we’re hoping you out there in the alumni community can help us find those alumni that are being searched for by their friends from University. Or perhaps we're even looking for you?
Last year there were nearly 82,000 PhD theses downloaded from the University of Southampton! Would you like to be included? Allow us to add your pre 2008 PhD thesis to the repository by signing the Supplementary Release Form and sending it back to the University Librarian. Just print off the form and return it to Hartley Library!
If you need extra copies of your certificate or transcripts, we have all the details you need.
For all those for whom the Union was more than just a building, lifetime membership of SUSU is available for just £15! As well as access to the Union Clubs and Societies, you will eligible for reduced Union Films tickets and tickets for gigs held in the Union buildings. Destination of Leavers from Higher Education Survey
For those who graduated between 1st January and 31st July 2010
Every year we ask all those who have recently completed a course to take part in a survey to find out what happens to them after they leave University. We are interested in all circumstances, whether you were working, volunteering, undertaking further study or still seeking employment on 10 January 2011
Please click on http://www.dlhe.ac.uk to complete, it should take less than 5 minutes. The website will ask you for a pin number. This is your student ID number that can be found on your old ID card. By completing your survey online, you will automatically be entered into a competition to win a camera!
