You can advertise all opportunities, including graduate and placements, by registering your organisation on our employer portal which will enable you to advertise all job opportunities on our online jobs vacancy database.
You can promote your organisation by having a web page dedicated to your company, helping to raise the awareness of your business throughout the University population.
Career Destinations run a number of sector specific Career Fairs throughout the year and are an excellent and unique opportunity to meet students and graduates face to face and improve the awareness of your company on campus.
Career Destinations facilitate over 120 events per term, these events enable an organisation to come onto campus and run a short session, including Starting point talks, Skills workshops, Mock Interviews and CV Clinics. The events offer an excellent opportunity to profile your organisation and reach out to our students directly on campus.
Career Destinations run a number of placement programmes which enable an organisation to host a University of Southampton undergraduate student or postgraduate researcher for a period of time throughout the year. All placement opportunities are either fully or part funded by the University and provide an excellent opportunity for your organisation to build strong relationships with the University and students.
Now in its third year the Graduate Passport provides our students the opportunity to develop and learn skills and attributes outside of their academic study that cannot be taught in a lecture theatre. There is a number of ways for employers to get involved with the passport from sponsorship to providing workshops and work experiences. For more information view the Graduate Passport pages.
Career Destinations provide an opportunity for an employer to mentor a student via the Insider Mentoring Scheme, this is a unique opportunity to have one to one interactions with a number of students at regular intervals throughout the year. For more information visit out mentoring pages.
