Alumni Services

The Alumni Relations Office offers its members a number of benefits, and we are continually working to improve these services. Find out how you can stay connected with the University and take advantage of being a member of the Alumni community!

Continue to make use of all the libraries at all of our campuses with our Smart ID/Library Card. Simply print off the form, send it in with two colour passport photographs and we'll send your card to you.

Instead of having to let everyone know your change of email address, just tell us! We'll provide a forwarding address for all your email.

Lost touch over the years? Want to organise a reunion? Why not ask for our help in tracking down your old friends? Simply fill in the form and we sort the rest.

Sometimes we lose touch with people - so we’re hoping you out there in the alumni community can help us find those alumni that are being searched for by their friends from University. Or perhaps we're even looking for you?

If you need extra copies of your certificate or transcripts, we have all the details you need.

Why not continue to go to the Union bars, join the University Societies and go on some more great (cheap!) nights out! Join the SUSU for life! For further information, contact the Students' Union General Office on 023 8059 5201.

Make use of the state-of-the-art facilities including the Jubilee Sports centre with a 25m 6-lane swimming pool, 8-court Sports Hall and 140-station fitness suite. There are great discounts for alumni.

University of Southampton alumni are entitled to life long support from Career Destinations. Find out more at www.southampton.ac.uk/careers. If you are interested in recruiting a southampton graduate into your business, you can also post vacancies by emailing employ@soton.ac.uk.
