Monika Kudelska Pharmacology, 2015

Monika received a first class honours, picking up two prizes for outstanding achievement: the Prize for Performance in Pharmacology and the Faculty Gold Medal Award.

It has definitely been a good three years; probably the best three years of my life! After graduation, I’m starting a PhD course here at the University of Southampton. My ambition is to stay at the university and teach. I have met so many great researchers and outstanding lecturers at the same time and they have been and they still are inspiring and so I think in the future, I hope that could be me.

Monika particularly enjoyed the 3rd Year in-depth project lab project.

“We had a great opportunity to apply all the knowledge into practice and actually see how researchers work which was probably the best experience in my three years because it actually made me decide to do a PhD in the future.”
