Introduction to 2D Image Processing and Analysis Course

Our 1 day introduction to 2D image analysis with the free image analysis package  imageJ / FIJI covers:

• digital images
• basic digital image editing, brightness, contrast, resizing, colour channels, bit depth etc.
• basic 2D feature extraction and analysis by thresholding
• introduction to scripting to automate analyses with macros

The course blends theory with hands-on practice, following a workbook. The course is run "on demand" once 8 participants have registered.
