One of the key understandings for me was that the most important issue for a company is not profit but customer value. The programme is well structured and integrates all management activities and capabilities in order to understand how to create customer value. Working in teams comprising of brilliant international classmates was fantastic preparation for work with global colleagues in multicultural contexts.
