Guest lecture with Justin Urquhart Stewart

Justin Urquhart Stewart will be visiting the Business School on Tuesday 2 February 2016 to give a guest lecture where he will ask "Is the Red Fire Monkey a sign of doom or success?"

Marking the lunar new year, Justin will talk about the big themes in politics and economics and how they impact the business world we know and study. What's really happening in the Chinese economy? How will Europe be shaped by an EU referendum? How has the British economy changed? How will commerce be affected by the US presidential election?

Justin will talk about how all of these things might influence business and therefore investment.

Justin graduated from University of Southampton with a law degree and after practising as a barrister he entered the world of Finance. He is now one of Britain’s most familiar stockbrokers, a regular commentator on the stock market and Co-founder and Partner at Seven Investment Management (7IM).

This is an opportunity for you to hear from an expert with excellent experience to share and to meet people from other courses.
