Excel Southampton Placement Programme

Are you interested in hosting a University of Southampton student as part of a 4-12 week placement across the Easter or Summer break? If the answer is yes then the Excel Southampton Placement Programme could suit your organisation perfectly.

Hosting a student is an excellent opportunity to target resources at a particular project and allows students to develop employability skills in a real working environment.

Career Destinations can provide the initial short-listing process, forwarding only the applications of those students who have met your specified criteria, from which you, as host, may then select the candidates you wish to interview. We also offer purpose built interviewing facilities on campus, should these be required, and shared funding options are available.

We were very pleased overall with the whole process from regroupd logo for websitestart to finish, the staff at the University were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't of asked for a better intern! Overall the Intern represented for us very good value for money and brought fresh ideas and energy to the business.

Steve Quigley, Chief Executive, Regroupd
