SUSU and Academic Staff

Career Destinations work closely with SUSU and academic departments in order to help improve students' graduate skills, attributes and employability.

Assigning Passport Points:

For students to gain points for activities they have undertaken we require evidence or proof. For activities linked to the Students’ Union such as being an active member of a society or volunteering we would ask the president or staff member to confirm membership by either signing the Completion of Activity Form presented by the student or to complete an electronic version of the Participants Spreadsheet with the names and ID numbers of the students involved and then send this to Career Destinations via the email address graduatepassport@southampton.ac.uk.

Statistical Reports 

Career Destinations can provide academic staff statistics on the number of students enrolled on the Graduate Passport by school and programme. Please note that we will not provide you student names or statistics when specific students can be identified. Please allow up to two weeks for the report to run and to receive the information.
