Career Management Agreement
A Career Management Agreement (CMA) is a service level agreement between Career Destinations and a specific Faculty/ Academic Unit. It affords the Faculty/Academic Unit the opportunity to select from a menu of activities based upon the needs of their students, and should take into account students studying at Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate (Taught and Research) levels.
A specialist member of staff within Career Destinations will act as the link and work with the Faculty/Academic Unit to draw up the agreement. They will arrange to meet with the nominated Faculty/Academic Unit contact each year (between April and July) to discuss the best use of the agreement to support the Faculty’s students and implement the programme of events.
