Dr Ben Macarthur

Landscape of cell fate

Ben's research is in the area of computational  biology. In particular, he is interested in using mathematical and computational techniques to better understand molecular regulation of cellular differentiation and tissue formation. This work involves close collaboration with experimentalists both at Southampton and internationally. Areas of particular interest include: systems biology of stem cell fate and cellular reprogramming; analysis of the structure and function of biological regulatory networks and high throughput data analysis and bioinformatics.
