Aims of the Learning Activity

This activity explores the nature of political action. While carrying it out you will:

  • Explore briefly the history of political action
  • Identify a range of different types of political action, and consider their justifiability in different contexts
  • Look at the issues surrounding planning and organising political action successfully
  • Consider the personal and social obstacles to successful political action, and how these can be overcome
