The Conference and Hospitality Team are committed to the smooth running of your event.

1) Where can I get help organising my conference?

Please contact the Conference and Hospitality Team on 023 8059 2832 and we can discuss your requirements with you.

2) Where can visitors to the University of Southampton stay?

We have en-suite accommodation available during the Easter and Summer vacations. Throughout the rest of the year, we work with local hotels who we have reduced rates with.

3) What is the largest meeting space available?

Our largest lecture theatre can seat up to 426 delegates however on some occasions we can arrange video links to other rooms.

4) Can I bring my own catering?

We do not allow you to bring your own catering or to use external caterers in our venues. We have our own team of experienced chefs who have developed a carefully selected menu portfolio and we are happy to discuss your individual requirements with you.

5) Where is the nearest train station?

Highfield campus is centrally located between Southampton Parkway Train station and Southampton Central Station. Our Uni-link bus service regularly runs from both stations to our venues and taxis are available.
