How to apply

Professional development short courses in official statistics with CATS (credit accumulation and transfer scheme) points 

If you wish to study particular modules, please register for those you are interested in and take the specified assessment (coursework, exam, or a combination of both) with MSc students.

If you subsequently apply for the MSc, up to four modules of CATS points can be used towards it. Other institutions may also allow you to use these points to contribute towards a postgraduate course in statistics. Restrictions may apply.

Please complete the application forms on the right of this page. If you wish to undertake modules and obtain CATS points, please complete the visiting student application form and the ethnic origin form. If you wish to take modules without obtaining CATS points, please complete the CPD registration form only. Please return your form to:
