In this modern world we have constant conflicting demands on us as well as big life challenges we have to deal with. Together these can make our mind full of thoughts and chatter. To learn more about why our minds do this, how unhelpful and harmful it can be and how to change it, come to this free hour-long introduction to Mind Calm.

Learning and understanding this technique will help you worry less, sleep better, improve your relationships and live more in the present moment feeling more calm, confident and content.

Victoria Kate is a qualified Mind Calm coach and will introduce you to the modern meditation technique Mind Calm that you can use anywhere and anytime as there are no rules, no rituals and you will also learn some of the life-changing insights that sit at the heart of Mind Calm; this easy and fun way to enjoy more serenity and success in your daily life.

There are two presentations of this workshop, Tuesday 10 March and Wednesday 11 March are both now fully booked.

This workshop is organised by Victoria Kate, and is being promoted by Diversity as part of International Women's Week.
