Join us at the John Hansard Gallery for a creative day celebrating International Women’s Day. This FREE workshop is open to all who wish to explore their stories through mark-making/drawing with artist Lizzie Jones and Hannah Collins (10am-12pm) and storytelling with Debs Carter (1-3pm).
Lizzie Jones makes paintings for exhibitions and her work is also held in a national collection. Having studied at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, Lizz is now resident in Southampton Arches Studio Complex.
Hannah Collins interested in found poems and drawing. Founder, organiser and compere of the Poetry@JHG events at John Hansard Gallery since 2013. Studied Fine Art at Winchester School of Art and now manages the gallery bookshop
