There are lots of health benefits that exercise has to offer, particularly to those who suffer from injuries or sport injuries. Fortunately, most sports injuries can be treated effectively, and most people who suffer injuries can return to a satisfying level of physical activity after an injury. Even better, many sports injuries can be prevented if people take the proper precautions.

 

Theano would like to invite all women to attend this amazing session on how to keep fit. We might be doing some indoor workout, so please wear something that fits well, makes you comfy and keeps you cool. Chris Bell, who is a personal trainer, will run this session with the goal of helping our women with injuries of all ages and shapes to reach their fitness goals. Chris in this session will discuss some of the most common injuries and their treatment as well as injury prevention.
