Ancillary Learning Support Information

The Ancillary Learning Support Service organises note takers, general assistants, library assistants, 'buddies' and lab assistants for students who require additional support in their lectures and academic life.

If you think that an ancillary support worker would benefit you in your studies please contact the Disability Advice and Support Team for further information, if you are not in receipt of the Disabled Students Allowances you may want to read the information regarding the support available to you as well.

Support workers may be able to be provided for students with temporary disabilities, for example in the event of a broken wrist a note taker can be provided, please contact the Disability Advice and Support Team for further information.
