This is an open group and all students are welcome to come along, whether you practice mindfulness regularly or you wish to try it out for the first time. Mindful Fridays are an opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation in a small group setting. Each week a selection of recorded mindfulness meditations will be provided and there will be time to reflect and share your experience with others if you wish to. It can also be a good place to meet others interested in Mindfulness. There is no need to book ahead - just come along on the day.
