Speaker information

Dr Jason Hearst,Jason Hearst is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics Research Group at the University of Southampton. His research focuses on the experimental investigation of the influence of turbulence on other flows and bodies. In particular, he is investigating the interaction of a turbulent free-stream flow with a turbulent boundary layer, as well as the influence of turbulence on the wake and drag of various geometries.
