Our Projects
The project work within the Estates and Facilities department falls into one of two categories:
Capital project
A capital project is normally a larger project undertaken by the Programme Management Unit and financed through the capital programme. An example of a more recent capital project would be the building of the EEE building on the Highfield campus.

Faculty projects
A faculty project would normally include refurbishments, long term maintenance and construction works for Schools and Professional Services. An example of a faculty project would be the refurbishment of the external staircase in Maths building (54).
