Our service to you

Glass cleaning

  • Domestic Supervisors Monitor the Cleaning Standards by checking the areas cleaned against a checklist called Domestic Services Quality Control Sheet.
  • 100 quality control sheets must be submitted by each domestic supervisor per month.
  • Each area checked should record at least 90% satisfactory. Where failures are recorded these must be corrected at the next scheduled clean.
  • The management team take 20% of the quality control sheets and re-check to ensure uniformity in monitoring.
  • Complaints are nvestigated then recorded on a database and analysed each month to ensure that repeated complaints are not overlooked.
  • A cleaning satisfaction questionnaire is sent out annually to all staff and students to complete. (Questionnaire 2006 and Results of questionnaire 2006).
