Our team is responsible for processing only urgent requests for building and engineering repair work from all University residential and non-residential sites.
Non urgent requests for building and engineering repairs, minor alteration work and facilities jos should be raised on Planon Self Service.

Our service to you
- To provide the University of Southampton customers (Schools and other affiliated bodies) a professional and helpful central point through which they may conveniently request urgent building, engineering and facilities work.
- To assist customers, when necessary, with queries over progress of reported work.
- To enter completed work information onto Planon quickly and accurately so that customers and service managers can view and access work progress.
