Faculty of Health Sciences
The Faculty of Health Sciences consists of 2,400 undergraduate, 480 taught and 100 research postgraduate students. It has 170 academic and 80 other staff.
The Faculty brings together research and teaching in cancer, palliative and end of life care, active living and rehabilitation, and the organisation and delivery of care. The main academic activity of the Faculty is located on the main Highfield campus of the University, although there are a number of teaching outposts located across the south Hampshire region. As well as academic teaching, the Faculty of Health Sciences is a major contributor to continuous professional development training in key disciplines.
