Personality – a clue to your career?

This workshop will give you the opportunity to discover your Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type.  This is the most widely recognised personality assessment and is frequently used by employers for staff development and team building.  You will also learn how you can apply your knowledge of your MBTI type in helping to make career decisions.

Please note that you will need to complete a questionnaire in advance of the workshop. Instructions will be emailed to you by the RDGC approximately two weeks prior to the course date.

Who is this workshop for?

All research students, from any academic school, are eligible to attend this training.
