The school has a major role in the development of new roles and education for the health care workforce as well as a close working partnership with the NHS and other health care providers including other education providers. We aim to be the centre of an international network for workforce development in health care and to have a national and international reputation for delivering effective change management in the modernisation of the workforce. We strive to be a lead player for advice, consultancy and research and development in health care workforce and education.
