Have you thought about taking your next career steps?
Our postgraduate open evening is the perfect opportunity to find out about our postgraduate and post qualifying programmes as well as discuss your requirements for continued professional development. Throughout the evening there will be the opportunity to gather more information on our programmes through talks and presentations, as well as exhibition areas where you can talk to academic staff and current students.
This year will feature a designated exhibition area for those considering a career as a health visitor, sexual health nurse, occupational health nurse or school nurse. You will have the opportunity to talk with academic staff and current students about our Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) training programmes, as well as representatives from local Trusts who will be able to provide you with further information about relevant employment opportunities in these programmes.

This drop in area will offer you the opportunity to talk informally with academic staff and current students about the various taught and research programmes available as well as the continued professional development modules offered in Health Sciences.
17:00-19:00 Specialist Community Public Health Nursing
This drop in area will offer you the opportunity to talk to academic staff and current students about our Specialist Community Public Health Nursing programmes. Representatives from local NHS Trusts will also be available to talk to you about employment opportunities for SCPHN professions within their Trust.
