Dr Catherine Murphy, supervised by Dr Jacqui Prieto and Professor Mandy Fader, has been published in the British Medical Journal under ‘original research’. This was accompanied by an editorial by USA researchers which focused on the value of the research paper.

Recent conference presentations for the project have been given by Dr Emma Boger, at the International Health Conference in Oxford; and by Dr Sara Demain, at the Health Services Research Network Conference in Nottingham.

The International Journal of Nursing Studies has again been confirmed as number one for impact (of 100 journals listed), achieving an impact factor of 2.901. Congratulations to Professor Peter Griffiths who is executive editor for the publication.
