iCLIC seminar series presents guest lecture for the IP students on the recent seminal CJEU decision in GS Media, C-160/15. By this judgment, the highest court in the EU addressed the issue of linking to unlicensed content (in this case the relevant content was leaked pictures for a forthcoming issue of Playboy).

Speaker information

Antti Härmänmaa,Head of IP at Sanoma ,Antti leads the development and execution of Sanoma Group’s IPR strategy and the management of Sanoma’s IPR portfolio. His key activities include advising on legal strategy and key legal and policy obligations affecting Sanoma’s business activities with respect to intellectual property rights. Antti is an LL.M. from both Helsinki University and NYU School of Law and is a member of the New York Bar.
