Professor Filippo Lorenzon speaks at the 1st International Transport & Insurance Law Conference

Professor Filippo Lorenzon today spoke at the 1st International Transport & Insurance Law Conference held in Zagreb, Croatia.

The conference was a forum for an academic and professional discussion on the theme of the EU Transport Law and numerous topical issues related to this wide, complex and dynamic legal field was opened, particularly considering the recent Croatia’s EU membership and the necessary harmonization of the local law with the legal regime of the EU.

The paper Filippo delivered was titled 'Multimodal transport regulation in the EU: Is a uniform liability regime still a possibility?' and was part of a panel looking at the 'Challenges and potentials of the single transport services market in a time of crisis: EU and Croatia'
