It is important to plan your finances in advance. You should have an idea about how much things may cost you when you move to Southampton to start your university course. Here you can find helpful information that will assist you to budget and plan ahead.

Tuition fees for 2013/2014 entry

Tuition fees vary depending on the course and level of study and are between £12,420 and £29,450 for the academic year 2013/14:

How do I pay?

Tuition fees are paid to the University in two installments in September and January. Students can receive a 1% discount on tuition fees if the full fees are paid by 30th September. The University accepts most forms of payment except American Express. If paying in case please visit the Student Services Centre in building 37 or Highfield campus. Please note, the University can not accept more than £10,000 in case in a single transaction. We encourage students to pay using our online payments system wherever possible.
