Access to other computing services

Your computing account provides access to email and the public PC workstations, as well as many of other computing services and facilities within the University. You may wish to access certain services that are not initially included in your account profile. Some of these services are available to all students and staff of the University. Members of staff and research students can also subscribe to various computational services on Unix servers. Members of staff from participating Schools and Services will also have their Exchange accounts created when they subscribe.

Self registration is not possible for all services. A number of specialist services are available which, although accessed by your username and password, require additional application to iSolutions before you are granted access permission.

Many of the enterprise systems also require additional access permissions. These also have to be applied for separately.
