iSolutions student induction resources

Many of the systems supported by iSolutions are very intuitive for students to use and extensive WebPages have been produced to support our students and staff using these systems and services.

In the "Related documents" section of this page there are a number of PowerPoint presentations. The main file, iSolutions Student induction talk 2009-10, is an 11 slides presentation that outlines the services iSolutions provides. The presentation’s notes pages give more details about the service each slide describes.

There are also some more specific PowerPoint presentations about Subscribe (the system used to create University IT accounts, change passwords and set SPAM filtering levels), ‘Frequently asked questions’,  and school specific services (where these have been provided.)
