Changing your password
You should never give your computing account password to another person. Your password should be known only to you as it stops other people using your username to access your account or to gain access to secure services in your name. You set your password when you subscribe to our facilities for the first time, but you can change it at any time if you wish. You should always change your password immediately if you suspect someone else knows it.
Always use Subscribe to change your password. If you attempt to change it by any other means, this may result in loss of access to one or more of our services.
If you find you cannot gain access to one or other of the services you are entitled to, your password may need to be re-synchronised. To do this, follow the steps outlined below but, if you wish to keep your existing password, re-enter the same password. You can only change your password once within any one hour period.
