Changing forgotten administrative passwords

Administrative staff in the University may require access to corporate systems such as those to support Finance, Human Resources and Student administration. The administration of these accounts is handled by the Service responsible for the system but requests for password changes should be directed to iSolutions via the ServiceLine.

Passwords can be reset for the following systems:

  • Prophecy
  • Impromptu
  • SIS
  • Delphi
  • Studrec.

To maintain and ensure security, only certain named individuals within iSolutions can change passwords for these systems. The ServiceLine will not be able to change your password immediately but will pass the request on to the appropriate person who will contact you within 24 hours.
