Security questions and answers
When you create your account in Subscribe you are asked to set up two security questions and answers. This will enable you to change your own password even if you have forgotten the original one.
In order to validate yourself when you change a forgotten password change you need to answer one of these questions correctly. If you subscribed prior to September 2000, you may not have these questions set up. We recommend that you do this as soon as possible as you must know your existing password before you can do this. Follow the instructions below to set up security questions and answers.
You may reset both the questions and answers at any time providing you know your current password.
