**Important - June 2015 - iSolutions will be turning off the current Adobe Connect service on Wednesday July 8th 2015. The existing service will be replaced by a brand new service running the latest version of Adobe Connect. In order to implement the new service, Adobe Connect will be unavailable on July 8th 2015. Due to the new version being launched as a brand new service, no content will be migrated across from the current version. Anyone who has run a meeting since January 2013 has been contacted and asked to download any content they wish to save prior to the go live date of the replacement service. Adobe Connect is a web based communication and collaboration tool which allows users to setup and run online meetings. These meetings can include webcam and audio streams for the participants in the meeting, whilst also allowing participants to share documents and work collaboratively.
The Adobe Connect system is managed using a web-based front end system which users can login to in order to manage their meetings and associated content.
If you are a member of staff and you are unable to create a meeting, please raise a new ticket with Serviceline so that your permissions can be updated.
Please note that our current version of Adobe Connect will not work with Google Chrome. We recommend using either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox when running and attending Connect meetings.
