Blackboard's Early Warning System
The Early Warning System is a feature in Blackboard that allows you to check on student progress within your course according to criteria of your choice.
This feature uses two processes. First you create a rule based on criteria such as Grade Centre score and last access to the course. Once you have created the rule you may run it so that it find any students that match the criteria. Using this information you may send notification to students who meet the criteria via an email.
