How to Add a Search Button to your Blackboard Course Menu

Note: The Search function in Blackboard has been temporarily disabled whilst a technical issue is resolved.

You may add a search button to your Blackboard course menu. This will allow students to quickly search your course. Note that the search is indexed once a day, so if you add something today, users will be able to find it using search tomorrow. Please note that only "06-07" and "07-08" courses are currently indexed.
