This form is only accessible by staff.  Please use this form to request a change of ownership to a Majordomo mailing list. Once completed this form must be submitted to ServiceLine by pressing the "Submit" button below.

Please ensure that this form is completed correctly, and provide us with as much information as possible to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

Please note: It is also possible for a generic or departmental "group" account to be an owner of a mailing list.
