Commercial Internet Service Providers (ISP) suitable for VPN
The following table summarizes which Internet service providers (ISPs) are believed to work with our VPN service. This information is informal and based on our experience. It is not definitive, nor is it a recommendation to use or avoid any particular ISP.
Please note that ISP's rarely ever block VPN (pptp protocol) or do not support it as it is now a commonly used protocol. VPN problems are nearly always down to the users computer and its setup. So please also refer to the VPN Support and Troubleshooting section and the Personal firewall configuration for the VPN service section before blaming your ISP for VPN connection problems (see related links).

Please note we attempt to update this page as frequently as possible or as soon as we receive any useful information on any ISP's service. However this information can quickly go out of date without us knowing when ISP's change the way they provide their service, so we advise our VPN users to contact their ISP directly if they are worried, to make sure.
If you have any information that could improve or reinforce this list please don't hesitate to Contact iSolutions ServiceLine (see related links) and ask them to forward the information onto the network group.
