Use of University Information resources
The University provides IT resources and services to its community to assist them in their academic related business at (or with) the University.
The University has to ensure those resources are available to those who require them for the above purposes, are properly and fairly used and protected from uncessarry risk.
To protect these resources, those who use them, and to enable the University to meet its obligations, there are restrictions on their use.
All users of these resources are expected and required to use them responsibly and in accordance with the relevant regulations, policies and procedures defined for their use.
Regulations and Policies
These define what use may be made of the resources provided. Anyone granted access to these resources needs to be aware of these, any terms and conditions of use, and their responsibilities for the resources they have access to. You also need to be familiar with the Regulations, Policies, Terms and Conditions, rules and guidelines associated with any services you use or access.
Additional security measures
are also put in place by the University to protect services and limit risks where necessary.

Reporting misuse
If you become aware of any misuse or abuse of our Information resources, this must be reported
- Misuse can be reported confidentially, but the University can not accept anonymous reports
