Mobile devices

What is a smartphone?  A smartphone is a mobile phone which allows you to make voice calls and also to access other programs such as email and calendar, internet browser and office programs.  This allows remote access to your University Exchange Outlook email and calendar account.

Any changes made to appointments and emails on the smartphone are made to the item on the University’s Exchange server and are, therefore, automatically reflected on the user’s desktop version Outlook.
