Coaching feedback received for the 2009-2010 academic year

The Coaching and Training Service has been running since October 2005 and has been well received by staff at the University.

To ensure that we maintain our high standards of coaching and training, we ask for users to complete an evaluation form after each visit and training session.

Collecting and analysing this feedback has helped us to improve the services we supply and shows that the we continue to deliver a high quality service which meets the needs of the University.
