Assistive technology provision

Photo of two women looking at PC screenThe University provides facilities for staff and students with dyslexia or disabilities. These facilities include the provision of computers, peripherals and specialist software to support the Assistive Technology Service (ATS). ATS equipment is usually located near to PC workstation areas. The ATS Centre in the Hartley Library provides dedicated workstations, printers and scanning equipment.


To access all the benefits of the ATS you will need to register with the service. This will enable you access to all the ATS workstations, plus access to enhanced library services and individual specialist IT training.
