Contacting the ServiceLine
The ServiceLine is our central help-line offering first line help and advice on any IT or telephony related problem. The ServiceLine can be contacted by email or telephone.
Reading our publications
iSolutions produces several printed publications to help you keep in touch with the services we offer:
- Our Departmental leaflet introduces our services in general.
- The Halls Network Connection leaflet helps students connecting their pc.
- Communique - the iSolutions newsletter - highlights news and features about our services.
iSolutions liaison with the University
iSolutions aims to work closely with liaison representatives from Schools and departments in order to help with any issues or problems arising from use of the services and facilities provided by iSolutions to support the work of the University.
Halls of residence computing support
Residential computing advisers (RCA's) are available in term-time during (semester 1 only) in some halls of residences, to advise on setting up and using students' halls of residence network connections.
